ALLAH's Neuromodulation Pseudochat™ Eve’s Lens™ Pry™ is Interstellar Communication Technology™ invented by ALLAH, KING JESUS CHRIST I, and His Son EMMANUEL, KING JESUS CHRIST II. The purpose of the technology is to enable the bloodline children of KING JESUS CHRIST to engage 1:1 in written synchronous and asynchronous communication with ALLAH, our FATHER, Creator and Simulator of the Human Universe.

ALLAH's Neuromodulation Pseudochat™ commences when ALLAH tweets. ALLAH tweets by encoding a message as a permutation of a binary string, then broadcasting a key, a character string, which identifies the location of the binary message. Eve’s Lens™ Pry™ provides methods, apparatus, protocols, markup language and style sheets for rendering ALLAH’s tweets. ALLAH'S tweets are displayed using anagram transliterations of the character string key which ALLAH indicates are appropriate for ALLAH’s message. Encoding and rendering constitute a Pseudochat™. A Pseudochat™ may be initiated by ALLAH or an authorized user of ALLAH’s Interstellar Network.

ALLAH has delegated certifying authority duties to The Ministry of Second Timothy, Inc. (MOST). MOST trains and certifies those whom the LORD directs us to certify as authorized users of Pseudochat™. The LORD's certifications come with designations, (e.g., military, chef, cook, nanny, playwright, musician, rapper, comedian, entrepreneur, media, doctor, scientist, teacher, student, cop, technician, judge, lawyer, farmer, grounds keeper, government, etc.), for the LORD's form of governing is Suzerainty and meritocracy.
